She IS a morning person!! This summer my prayer for her is that she sleeps in and if she can't I pray that she doesn't disturb those of us who DO want to sleep in.
While David was at work the kids called their jiddi (grandfather) to take them shopping to get David a Father's Day present, what they got him was his 'first' present they said and it was supposed to be a gag gift but I told them that it either had to be fun or useful. Well what they got him is both fun and useful! Fun for us and useful because the cat plays with it. The wheel is motorized, so it moves like a real Ferris Wheel and the kitty loves to whack at the wheel and seats as it moves.
The Ferris Wheel does go 'round.....

Last night right before bedtime the cat jumped out of Zach's arms and Mocha started limping and meowing. David looked him over and nothing seemed to be broken and nothing felt like it was dislocated. So Mocha was very much babied until this morning. So off to the vet he went to be poked, prodded, x-ray'd, massaged and loved, it was determined that his back left leg and hip were bruised and strained. So now Mocha gets to be babied for the next few weeks, no jumping up and down off furniture (yea, that will be an easy task)!
Looking out the window at the vets, wishing to be somewhere else where there are no barking dogs. See his left hip, it's NOT supposed to stick out like that!
Mocha's x-rays of his legs and hips. He didn't like that one bit!

Yesterday began the lovely task of trimming the dogs to turn their looks back into schnauzers. It took me an hour to do Millie yesterday and then I took a 4 hour nap, tonight I did Meg and that took about the same time, I am tired! But at least they look somewhat like they're supposed to.

Tonight we made a type of homemade panini's! Something I saw when watching Dinner Impossible a few days ago. I used a type of French bread, shredded cheese, thinly sliced smoked turkey and ham and swiss chesse. I also used 2 rectangle cookie sheets, foil and 2 bricks covered in foil.
