I take pictures of the kids and David all the time and they beg for their pictures not to go on the blog and they end up on here anyway. Well turn about is fair play, I didn't want my photo taken let alone put on here but since I do it to them all the time, I thought well, maybe I should go ahead and put these up. Although I am protesting, I am putting them up.
Before going into surgery. Getting texts ready for David to send, and oops accidentally sent a few that read I was already out of surgery. Guess the sleepy medication was working, LOL!!
These things were amazing. They are 3 sections, each section blows up with air one at a time and then deflates. It is supposed to prevent blood clots, I actually asked the nurses if they thought they worked and they said yes. Like they were gonna say no! I'm cold natured, well, those things kept my legs warm.
My lovely crem coming to see me and bring me home on Friday. That BIG baloon didn't last long, because every time it was tapped on purpose or ACCIDENT it played music. What was David thinking? Madelynne finally destroyed it after it went off in the middle of the night and woke her up.
Sometime over the weekend all of us girls were on the couch. The couch has been my home since I got home because I cannot lay down flat. This is where I wished we had a recliner, but we don't have any place to put it!!
This has been my feet warmer.
Abigail decided all on her own to decorate mine and David's room. She had a little help from her siblings, but it was all her idea. Gotta love tissue paper!! She said it was a welcome home, get to feeling better soon present. Gotta love that little one!!
