Pinterest #3

Four months ago I came across this pin on Pinterest and I 'pinned' this to one of my 'wish list' boards on Pinterest. After showing it to David and talking with some very precious friends of ours this DREAM became a REALITY! Our friends recently built a home and had some wood left over and they were so gracious to let us use that wood to make this table. So that's what ALL the guys did, they spent time measuring all the wood, made sure they had enough wood and the guys built it.

What makes this even better is that I found FREE plans online, and who doesn't like free?

The table was assembled into 2 major parts, the top and the bottom frame. Once it got to our house, David and Matt assembled the table and then I got the fun job of sanding, staining and sealing the table.

assembled and sanded (excuse my nasty garage, so glad it's clean now)

Stained

Table being sealed, notice the dripping on the left, glad that was caught and smoothed out

Inside the house, still looking for the 'just right' seating

goes great with the hutch .... also still looking for those 'just right' canisters.
