Don't chew your hair....

For weeks we have been on Abby about her hair. She started this habit of putting the end strands in her mouth and she would chew on her hair. Oh it drove us nuts!!!! So David finally told her, "You keep chewing on it and mom is going to shave your head." She would stop for a day or so and then right back to it. So a few days ago she was caught yet again chewing her hair, so today after I caught her again, I finally told her, hop up in the chair, I have to cut it now because you won't stop chewing it. I told her I would not shave it but cut it like Madelynne's. Well it wasn't a complete lie, BUT it is a BIT shorter than Madelynne's. When I was done she went into the bathroom to 'check' it out in the mirror and then I heard sobs. She was crying because it was all gone. After a conversation, and fixing it she was ok with it. It will be a while before she will be chewing in her hair again.
