Thanks to my sister-in-law, Janean, I had the greatest opportunity to attend the Women of Faith conference Friday night and yesterday in Little Rock at Alltel arena. It was a Fabulously Joyful event listening to speakers and musicians perform. Nicole C. Mullen is now on my list of favorite artists, man can the woman sing, and the muscles on that gal, whew! I had never been to one of these type conferences before and ladies let me tell you they are well worth your mental and physical being on attending. Next year the Faith team will be on Oklahoma City, Shreveport and Dallas, which is not far from here. I am already making plans on attending next year in Shreveport, March 27-28, 2009. It was a pleasure to get to listen to Patsy Clairmont, Luci Swindoll, Marilyn Meberg, Sheila Walsh and especially Max Lucado; all great inspirations to any soul. All of these speakers brought uplifting, mind opening and truth to what they spoke. All of what they spoke was related to one or more experiences of scripture. This years conference in on Infinite Grace and ladies I recommend if there is a conference near you to attend, it will enlighten and open your heart to what God has been trying to tell all of us about Grace. 'Cuz you know what, not all of us get it, and I have a better understanding of it now. It was also a pleasure to be able to be there with my mother-in-law. Come to find out all of the Hardister gals were there, David's sister was sitting on the other end, we found this out when she ran into our sister-in-law on the concourse. And amazingly enough we all ran into people we knew for this area being so big, people came from all over the state and surrounding states. I even ran into my friend Eliza from Berryville (rather she ran into me). And like a forgetful thing that I am, I forgot to take my camera, so I have no images from this weekend, only memories! Again, Janean, thank you so much for the opportunity and the privilege to be able to attend. To get more information about Women in Faith Ministries go to http://www.womenoffaith.com/
